As I've been playing Mafia Wars, I have come to notice a LOT of people looking for concealable cameras. I was not sure why at first; I was able to get plenty just by doing the Rob an Electronics Store job in the enforcer tier. Well, a friend mentioned to me that you need a boatload of these little suckers when you get to hitman tier.
One tip I read on how to get enough of the concealable camera is to just create new facebook accounts and play mafia wars on them. I don't know how ethical this is, but it does make sense. I have actually not tried that though, because the Mafia Wars Blueprint outlines a lot of legal, clever strategies for getting concealable cameras and rare loot items. Makes it simpler, too, and leaves you less open for getting penalized by facebook.
Anyway, I found the best and most efficient way to get cameras was to do the Arrange a Drug Shipment for the Mafiya job in Episode 2. You get a lot of concealable cameras this way and it doesn't cost too much energy to repeat this job. There's always the old standby to Rob an Electronics store, but that one gets tiring and sucks up energy fast. It also doesn't award very much experience and therefore isn't great for helping you level up. They also have a low drop rate (33%), so this isn't a reliable method.
Remember that you will need cameras to advance to the Boss level, so start acquiring them early on and you will struggle less when you get to higher job tiers.

As you advance in the game, you will be given the option to start building collections. These collections ultimately build to give you a bonus of health, energy, defense, attack, etc. The heart flush collection which the Mafia Wars ten of hearts is part of is just one of the many sets you can acquire. If you complete this entire set, you get a +5 health bonus when you add the item to your vault. You can see what bonuses you've acquired by clicking the vault button.
The diamond flush, sculptures collection, and poker chips are also some other sets you can get in this game. If you attain all these bonuses, you will have a leg up when doing jobs and the whole process of getting rare items will be a lot easier. The higher you advance in each tier, the better each boost will be.
In order to obtain the Mafia Wars ten of hearts, you need to complete individual jobs in that job tier - the Associate tier, in this case. You can see what set items you've gotten in the inventory tab. When you have all 7 pieces of a collection, you can claim the set boost. Note that these items can also be given as gifts by other players, so having a large and powerful mafia is very important to success in Mafia Wars.

Progress Check-in: Day 2, level 15 in Mafia Wars
I decided to create a new facebook account with the sole purpose of seeing how fast I could level up in Mafia Wars using the Mafia Wars Blueprint. Yes I realize it is very easy to just do some google searches for whatever you are looking for and how to get it, like Mafia Wars concealable cameras and illegal transaction records, money, vehicles, weapons, etc. But I wanted a reputable source I could consult for everything, and the Mafia Wars Blueprint offered that. It also came with a 60 day moneyback guarantee, so I figured what the heck. If it's good I'll keep it; if it's not so good, I can just send it back.
Day 2 of playing Mafia Wars and following the strategies outlined in this guide and I am already almost level 16 with over $3 million. I already have a small but well-equipped mafia and have received gifts of Mafia Wars computer set-ups and other rare loot items. I have already almost completed several collections and finished the Heart Flush collection after receiving the rare Mafia Wars ten of hearts card.
If there is one thing I have learned from this guide, it is the importance of energy as a resource. Forget fighting to earn money. Sure you can fight to get bounties on other players but if you really want to profit you need to focus all your points on energy. Health is a pretty useless stat, especially following this guide, because you get all the money you need to quickly replenish your health in the hospital.

How to Build Your Mafia in Mafia Wars: Five Planning Strategies for Building Your Mafia
If you're really serious about getting the highest level rewards and beating your fellow players in Mafia Wars, you'll need a very good eye for detail and a lot of careful planning. Even though the game seems easy to get into, there is a great level of intricacy in it. This makes planning pretty difficult, so you need to keep a few things in mind when learning how to build your mafia in Mafia Wars.
The first key: Build your family size as fast as possible. From level 1, you need to be recruiting intensively. Do not wait until you're level 100; then you'll end up spending endless hours trying to make things work. Network with friends, blog, use the resources of facebook itself, but do everything you can to carefully build your family size ASAP.
Second key: Godfather points. You need these, but be careful how you obtain them. Sometimes people will spend cash or give away personal data to get Godfather points - but you don't need to do that. Third key: Completing jobs. Doing all the jobs as fast as you can will get you the most possible rewards. Fourth key: Buying property. Starting with the easiest to obtain, buy properties. As properties break down, you need to spend cash to maintain them. Don't waste time with properties that won't give you a good return on investment.
Fifth key: Fighting. Don't do it if you can avoid it. Mafia Wars fights are pretty pointless when it comes down to it, and they will waste your resources. Instead just focus on building your levels, accruing more points and building your family, and you'll be more successful in the long run.

Remember, networking is the key in this very social game, and facebook gives you all the keys you need to do it. Build your family right from the beginning and you will profit more in the long term.
